Freezes since IOS 11 update

Love this app. I’ve used it for a couple years now. After this latest update it freezes every time I tap the sleep button. Super frustrating. I really love this app. I’m bummed it’s not working anymore.

UPDATE: Thank you for responding! But if I reinstall the app won’t I lose all my data from the past years?
