Not starting properly

Lived this app until it started messing up. This app worked great for awhile but for over a month now, it is not starting properly. The start button turns orange, but not writing (hold to stop) until morning and the music isn’t playing after I hit start. Plus, it won’t always let me change the wake up time before I hit start. (Also, I need it to be able to change after starting - if a bad night and need extra sleep, I would like to be able to change it). Need help from admin but haven’t gotten a response from email. Help!
