What about naps?
The app is very good and useful. My only criticism is that it doesnt take naps into account, and I love taking a siesta now and then.
Sleep goals are at minimum 5 hours long, so its not possible to set it for 1 or 2 hour naps. So every time I take a nap I cannot use the app, cause if I do I will end up with a higher sleep debt than the real one. And then I have to remember to set a new sleep goal (to substract the duration of my nap) for the night. And change it back on the next morning. Its a hassle. It would be nice if the app had like a nap mode.
