Helping with Sleep Deprivation
I love this app! I have been trying to change my sleep habits...Im a life-long night owl but have been wanting to change my sleep cycle (early to bed, early to rise). This app shows me the quality of my sleep (deep and light sleep and duration) and with this awareness, I see how I am short changing myself when I go to bed late.
