I do sleep better
Its simple. You decide how long you want to sleep, then start the app. The alarm starts waking you up after youve had that much sleep, but only when youre in a light sleep. No more blaring alarm clock waking me out of a deep sleep. Its really a neat concept. I pay better attention to my bedtime so I can get my 6 hours of sleep per night. I wake up more refreshed every morning. I went premium and Im glad I did, but the free app works just as well.
