Good stuff
I was hoping it would break my snooze habit, but no luck. This app has helped me be more aware of my sleep needs, and prioritize sleep more. I love the sleep timer - soothing sounds to fall asleep to, and the waking you up at the optimal point in your sleep cycle within your set range. Really does help! Especially if you can avoid that dang snooze...
